Anne Sophie Pic sets up her stoves at the Fondation Cartier

The French chef, who holds a record number of Michelin stars for her seven establishments, will open a new restaurant and bar next fall at the Fondation Cartier for Contemporary Art, which recently moved to the Place du Palais Royal. Her previous Parisian establishment, La Dame de Pic, will close its doors.

She is preparing to open a new Parisian restaurant in the fall of 2026 and, for the first time in the capital, a bar in the new Fondation Cartier building. Designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel, the building was inaugurated on October 25 on the Place du Palais Royal, opposite the Louvre Museum.
