She is preparing to open a new Parisian restaurant in the fall of 2026 and, for the first time in the capital, a bar in the new Fondation Cartier building. Designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel, the building was inaugurated on October 25 on the Place du Palais Royal, opposite the Louvre Museum.
