For nearly fifty hours, Diptyque transformed the Cour d’Honneur of the Palais-Royal into a sensory and contemplative retreat. An immersive installation conceived as an ode to slowness, light, and the hypnotic power of its iconic candle.
In Paris, few brands are capable of slowing down an entire city. Yet, on May 27 and 28, Diptyque succeeded. In the heart of the Palais-Royal, the French brand created an immersive experience open to the public centered around its “Light on, time off” campaign, designed to celebrate the reinvention of its famous scented candle.
In an era saturated with instant images and fleeting content, Diptyque offers exactly the opposite: an invitation to suspend time.
A flame at the heart of the Palais-Royal

As night fell, the Cour d’Honneur of the Palais-Royal took on the air of a meditative landscape. Amid soft lighting, sound installations, and wafts of fragrance, the installation immersed visitors in a multisensory experience centered on the slow burning of the Diptyque candle.
