EssilorLuxottica Group : Changes in the management of GrandVision


EssilorLuxottica and its subsidiary GrandVision announce leadership changes.
EssilorLuxottica and its GrandVision entity are planning changes in the GrandVision management team. Stephan Borchert and Willem Eelman have decided to step down from their respective positions as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the GrandVision group https://ed-italia.com/comprare-viagra-..-italia/.
As of April 22, they will be replaced by Massimiliano Mutinelli as the new President Optical Retail EMEA of EssilorLuxottica and head of GrandVision’s headquarters, which will remain based in Amsterdam, and by Niccolò Bencivenni as CFO of GrandVision. Frédéric Dauche will remain as GrandVision’s Chief Operating Officer. “I would like to express our sincere thanks to Stephan and Willem for their strong leadership and important contribution over the years. Stephan Borchert had been CEO of GrandVision since 2018 and by building on the company’s historical strengths with his team, they helped pave the way for GrandVision’s future as a leading multi-channel retailer with a footprint in over 40 countries. Over the past four years, he has transformed the company into a global leader in multi-channel optical business with a significant increase in shareholder value creation.
Willem Eelman was a member of GrandVision’s Supervisory Board and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2011 to 2019, playing a key role in GrandVision’s transition to a listed company in 2015. In 2019, he was appointed CFO and together with Stephan has continued to deliver strong performance year on year.
