Burberry develops a second-hand offer with Vestiaire Collective

Burberry is increasingly interested in the circular economy as a lever for customer loyalty and engagement. This interest is reflected in a partnership with Vestiaire Collective, a French platform for the resale of luxury and premium products.

Burberry has announced the opening of a dedicated sales space on the e-commerce platform Vestiaire Collective, which specializes in the resale of second-hand products.

This partnership enables the British luxury brand to offer its customers a high-quality, secure second-hand offering, delivered by an established, B Corp-certified company.

To encourage customers to extend the life of their clothes and adopt more eco-responsible behavior, Burberry is offering to issue a gift card in exchange.
