Shiseido recruits its first Indian ambassador, Tamannaah Bhatia

Shiseido, the Japanese cosmetics giant, has called on one of the highest-paid actresses in Indian cinema to be its new brand ambassador. The first in the country for the Japanese group. An announcement in line with Shiseido’s growing interest in the dynamic and diverse Indian market.

Actress and model Tamannaah Bhatia, 33, from Mumbai (Bombay) is the first Indian face to be acquired by the Japanese beauty giant to represent the image of the Shiseido skincare range on the subcontinent.

This tie-up with the Bollywood star is the fruit of a partnership with Shiseido’s Indian distributor, Baccarose Perfumes & Beauty Products Pvt. Ltd.

A Bollywood star

Tamannaah Bhatia, known for her screen presence, reflects Shiseido’s values of elegance, innovation and individuality.
