Moët Hennessy, in partnership with Paris Aéroport and Lagardère Travel Retail, has unveiled its new “Les Caves Particulières” concept at Terminal 2E of Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris.

Initially, Les Caves Particulières was the first Moët Hennessy store in the world when it opened in 2014. Now, the concept is getting a makeover for this luxury champagne and spirits store.

The store, located in the heart of Hall K, is home to six flagship brands – Hennessy Cognac, Dom Pérignon, Krug, Moët & Chandon, Ruinart and Veuve Clicquot Champagnes. Each of the brands is represented in individually designed areas, enhanced with digital effects, blending tradition and modernity.

The range includes a large panel of the most prestigious and rare products of each brand, as well as exclusives for travel retail. For example, the new limited edition of Hennessy XO cognac on the theme of Paris will be available, as well as customization stations.

The most notable new feature is the central tasting area, where travelers can taste products paired with cheeses or other delicacies from the new Les Halles gourmet food hall, which is just steps away. The store’s signature scent was created by Thierry Wasser, perfumer at Guerlain, another LVMH Group company.

Philippe Schaus, CEO of Moët Hennessy, said: “Les Caves Particulières has been a great success since it opened. (…) What we have learned over the last few months is that there is a very strong demand from people to travel and to buy luxury products. In that regard, we probably picked the best time to open this beautiful store.”

The idea is that we, along with Paris Aéroport and Lagardère Travel Retail, are offering visitors to France an extension of their experience right up to the moment they get on their plane.”

The new store has three entrances, one of which leads to the main wine and spirits store, and another leading to Les Halles gourmet store.

Inside, the visibility of each brand has been increased and the products highlighted. The identity of each brand is highlighted through the colors and materials used in each installation. Even if you don’t plan to fly anytime soon, treat yourself to a visit to this refurbished universe made in Moët Hennessy.
