Four Seasons and Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments announce a luxury project in Doha, including private residences and serviced apartments at Pearl-Qatar.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Group continues to expand its hotel, resort and residential offerings in the Middle East with the announcement of a new project, under construction at the iconic The Pearl-Qatar development in Doha. The new property was decided in partnership with Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments, a company specializing in developing real estate investments focused on high-end projects in Qatar.

As Four Seasons continues to grow and diversify its development pipeline in the Middle East, we are proud to be part of the development of The Pearl-Qatar, an innovative project that will perfectly complement our existing hotel in the city,” said Bart Carnahan, president, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “Four Seasons at The Pearl-Qatar offers a unique opportunity to be part of a community of residents and guests enjoying incredible on-site amenities and the unparalleled luxury service for which our company is known worldwide.

Located on a private beach and surrounded by lush gardens and pools, the 19-story building will offer short- and long-term stays with 161 fully furnished one to three-bedroom apartments. In addition, 84 private residences will also be available for purchase.

The Pearl-Qatar project will offer stunning city and sea views, and will be a luxurious waterfront destination for guests and residents alike,” comments a spokesperson for Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments. “We look forward to partnering with Four Seasons on this exceptional project in Doha, offering one-of-a-kind accommodations in a beloved and vibrant destination.

For future guests of this new Four Seasons experience, all accommodations will be fully managed by a dedicated property team, to enjoy business trips to Doha, or for leisure vacationers.

The experience will be complemented by five restaurants and bars, including a signature restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Joel Robuchon, a wellness center with spa and salon, a fitness studio and indoor pool, and a kids’ club.

This new project will complement the Four Seasons offering in the city with the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, as well as the growing collection of properties in the Middle East, such as the Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at Jumeirah.
