Two-thirds have already moved to 50 Avenue Montaigne, and the remaining 200, at the top of the group, will soon move into 21 Rue Jean Goujon. This new map of LVMH’s power centers is fueling renewed speculation about how Bernard Arnault is organizing his succession.

As LVMH prepares to leave its headquarters at 22 Avenue Montaigne for two years for renovation, speculation is rife about the subliminal message being sent during the transitional period ahead.
According to some investigative media outlets, this could reveal a great deal about how Bernard Arnault is organizing his succession.

In fact, the luxury leader and its 600 employees, who until now occupied the 18,700 m² of 22 Avenue Montaigne, the group’s headquarters since 2004, are currently moving out so that the building can undergo extensive renovation. The project has been entrusted to Jean-Michel Wilmotte, LVMH’s architect of choice.
