A sort of LVMH-branded “Heritage Days” event showcasing workshops and historic sites belonging to various Houses within the luxury group, the Journées Particulières returns from October 16 to 18. The last edition took place in 2022.
It was one of the major announcements at the LVMH Group’s last annual general meeting on April 23: after a four-year hiatus, the Journées Particulières will resume starting October 16. On the agenda: three days of immersion in the luxury industry.
Founded in 2011 and held again in 2013, 2016, 2018, and 2022, the Journées Particulières allow the general public to get an up-close look at the craftsmanship of the world’s leading luxury group and discover, at the same time, its historical heritage scattered throughout France and abroad. Workshops, manufacturing facilities, cellars, mansions… so many sites usually closed to the public will open their doors wide for the occasion.
A most welcome piece of news amid falling first-quarter results for LVMH and a market contraction that is becoming evident in the Middle East—a rare pocket of global growth for the sector in 2024 and 2025.
A Story of Heritage and Openness
From their inception, these Journées Particulières were conceived by the LVMH Group to allow everyone—beyond just its customers—to meet those who embody excellence in craftsmanship and, at the same time, to discover some of the 250 professions identified by the group that contribute to the global influence of luxury.

This unique example of transparency, born just fifteen years ago, is fully in line with the group’s values of openness and heritage. “We are and remain deeply committed to our history—that of a family-owned group proud of its artisanal expertise and resolutely focused on the future. It is in this spirit of openness and knowledge-sharing that this exceptional event, unparalleled anywhere in the world, takes place,” said Bernard Arnault, Chairman and CEO of LVMH.

A true showcase of this excellence in craftsmanship, the initiative also allows the group to demonstrate the vitality of a strong regional presence that generates jobs.
At the Roots of the Dream, the central theme for 2026
Now entering their sixth edition this year, the Journées Particulières will have “At the Roots of the Dream” as their central theme.
Antoine Arnault, LVMH Director of Image & Environment and initiator of the project, added: “With ‘At the Roots of the Dream,’ we affirm that our craftsmanship is rooted in the places, cultures, and traditions that shape the exceptional quality of our products. Journées Particulières is an invitation to meet the people who bring the excellence of our Houses to life every day around the world.”

Specifically, this new edition will explore the intersection of natural heritage (terroirs, materials, landscapes), cultural heritage (history, tradition, iconic sites) and human heritage embodied by crafts and techniques.
As a reminder, the previous edition (2022) opened 95 sites affiliated with 75 of the group’s Houses, across all sectors, in 16 countries and attracted 200,000 visitors. The teaser created with Antoine Arnault garnered over 7 million views, while 17 of the venues open to visitors sold out within 10 minutes on the registration platform.
