Succeeding Agnès de Villers, the new managing director of Perfumes and Beauty at the saddlery company will be tasked with revitalizing a division that lost ground in 2025. Hermès is counting on her impressive resume and her extensive knowledge of luxury goods and the group to help her meet this challenge.
Will Anne-Sarah Panhard turbocharge Hermès’ Perfumes and Beauty division? Arriving in early November as general manager of the division, this experienced luxury executive, who has already been with the saddler for 14 years, will in any case have to take up the challenge of getting this specialty back on track for growth… And this at a time when the group that houses it has continued to flourish.
Anne-Sarah Panhard succeeds Agnès de Villers, who had been at the helm of the division since May 2015 and is now Vice President of Hermès Leather Goods and Saddlery, which encompasses the Equestrian, Hermès Horizons, Petit h, and Internet of Things specialties.
Expansion into makeup
Over the past decade, Agnès de Villiers has contributed significantly to the division’s growth, notably by overseeing its expansion into makeup in 2020.
