While luxury goods companies, particularly Kering, continue to suffer from a difficult environment, the saddler on Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré has once again posted a strong third quarter.
Hermès is maintaining its rapid pace in an environment that remains challenging for the luxury sector.
While LVMH has just announced a slight return to growth in the third quarter, the saddler continues to outperform most of its major competitors.
In line with consensus
On Wednesday, October 22, it announced quarterly revenue up 4.8% at current exchange rates (9.6% at constant rates) to €3.9 billion. This is more or less in line with the consensus forecast by Visible Alpha and cited by UBS, which had predicted organic growth of 10%.
