French Bloom has just acquired its own wine estate in Limoux in the Aude region, an area renowned for its sparkling wines, with full operations scheduled to begin in September 2026.
By acquiring 25 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the historic cradle of sparkling wines, French Bloom has taken a decisive step forward in its development. This strategic choice strengthens its ties to the Limoux terroir and further consolidates its position as a global pioneer in premium non-alcoholic sparkling wines.
Limoux, a terroir dedicated to non-alcoholic wines
It is no coincidence that French Bloom chose to settle in Limoux. Nestled at altitude, this vineyard benefits from cool nights and a climate conducive to aromatic development, particularly favorable to Chardonnay. These natural conditions create the freshness and tension sought after in the production of sparkling wines, essential qualities when it comes to creating non-alcoholic cuvées.
The upper Aude valley has thus played a key role in French Bloom’s sensory signature since its inception. By forging a direct link with this land of origin, the company reinforces the consistency between place, product, and vision.
