EssilorLuxottica has unveiled an exclusive partnership with Moncler, marking the end of a multi-year collaboration with Marcolin. The agreement, which takes effect on January 1, 2024 and runs until December 2028 with an automatic renewal option, promises a long-lasting alliance.
World leader in optics EssilorLuxottica and Moncler announced on Wednesday November 22 the signing of an exclusive licensing agreement. The partnership covers the design, manufacture and worldwide distribution of Moncler eyewear. The Italian high-end outerwear specialist thus seals the end of its collaboration with Marcolin, which began in 2015 and was renewed in 2020.
The agreement will take effect on January 1, 2024 and run until December 2028, with an automatic renewal option for a further five years, bringing continuity to this promising alliance.
Financial details of this exclusive licensing agreement were not disclosed.
The first collection resulting from this collaboration between EssilorLuxottica and Moncler will be unveiled for Autumn-Winter 2024, and will make its debut at Silmo 2024, scheduled for September 20-23.
