A capital increase, which took place from March 7 to 21, 2024, enabled the company specializing in high-end audio to strengthen its financial resources. The company plans to use these funds to support its growth and international expansion.
Cabasse, the French company specializing in the manufacture of high-end loudspeakers, announced on Tuesday the results of its capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription rights (DPS), which took place from March 7 to 21, 2024.
Following this operation, the French company, founded in 1950 by Georges Cabasse, succeeded in raising 1.4 million euros, out of a total demand of 1.7 million euros, representing 89% of the initial offering.
The capital increase involved the issue of 767,424 new shares at a unit price of 1.87 euros. Settlement and listing of the new shares will take place on March 28, 2024.
“We would like to thank all our shareholders, both institutional and individual, as well as the new investors who participated in this capital increase”, said Alain Molinié, Cabasse’s CEO. “Thanks to this fundraising, we now have a strengthened balance sheet that will enable us to accelerate the development of our business and capture growth opportunities as soon as our markets recover.”
