Armani/Casa, the interior design arm of the luxury house, has signed a partnership with Moscow property developer Vos’hod to build a luxury residential complex in Moscow.
Vos’hod, a Russian real estate investment and development company, decided on 7 June to enter into a partnership with Armani/Casa. The partnership will consist of the creation of a luxury residential project based in Moscow, called “Armani/Casa Moscow Residences” .
Armani/Casa is a branch of the Italian fashion house Giorgio Armani, launched 21 years ago. But since 2003, the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio has been offering full interior design services to individuals and property developers. The brand is not new to this type of project, having already completed 40 luxury residential addresses in 29 countries, including Miami, London, Beijing, Tel Aviv and Istanbul, among others.
This residential complex project will be located in the heart of the Russian capital, on the banks of the Moskva River, opposite the Kremlin and close to the National Tretiakov Gallery, which contains one of the largest collections of Russian art in the world.
The complex will comprise 26 high-end residences, all of which will be designed in the style and aesthetics of the Italian fashion house. The interiors of the residences and the common areas have been designed by Armani/Casa’s interior design studio, and the kitchens and bathrooms are exclusively furnished by the studio. A special feature is that the materials used will all be natural. The future residents will also have at their disposal several services and luxurious infrastructures such as a gym, a bar with its own restaurant, as well as a spa and an indoor swimming pool, which will also be furnished by Armani/Casa.
“My idea of lifestyle finds its ultimate realisation in home design projects where I not only design the décor but, in collaboration with real estate development experts such as Vos’hod, I define the spaces themselves” , said Giorgio Armani, chairman and CEO of the Armani Group.
“This new project in Moscow makes me proud to bring my vision of living in a place rich in history and culture. The idea is to offer a personal view of life, with a timeless elegance” , he added.
Marina Rudneva, chairwoman of Vos’hod’s board of directors, praised Armani’s lifestyle approach and said the Russian property developer “shares Armani’s philosophy and values: understated elegance, attention to detail and the highest level of service define the idea of refined luxury, offering a world of harmony at home on a physical and emotional level”.
