Here’s a (non-exhaustive) look at what Accor has in store for 2024.

Luxury segment

The Grand Hôtel de la Minerve Orient Express is the result of a collaboration between Orient Express, a travel craftsman since 1883, Accor, and the Italian group Arsenale S.p.A, experts in luxury hotels and hospitality. Nestled in the heart of Rome, in the former Palazzo Fonseca, this sumptuous 17th-century palace with its imposing façade will house a glamorous hotel inspired by the Roman domus. Designed by renowned architect and designer Hugo Toro, the hotel is scheduled to open in late 2024.

Raffles Jaipur will be built in one of India’s most beautiful cities, part of the Cultural Golden Triangle with New Delhi and Agra. With 50 suites, each with a private pool, the hotel will offer old-world charm through secluded residences and elegant courtyards. The estate is an ideal haven for exploring the nearby forts of Amer, Jaigarh, Nahargarh and Jal Mahal Palace. Opening mid-2024.

Opening in late 2024.

After a significant restoration, the historic property will reopen with 185 unique guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool and terrace, an outdoor lounge with panoramic Pacific views, a soothing two-story spa, a wellness center, a live jazz club, and over 1,100 square meters of event space. Nearby, a large theater will host artistic and cultural events. Opening mid-2024.

The Gigiri Gem Forest Hotel Nairobi – MGallery is a magical experience: the Karura forest seems to run through the hotel, sparkling with gems, crystals, greenery, light and water. This Kenya-based flagship hotel is a sophisticated and comfortable haven, a jewel that has already welcomed international dignitaries and UN ambassadors at the African Climate Summit last September. MGallery offers a hospitality experience that marries style with the substance of arts, culture and history, gastronomy and beverages that awaken the senses, and services at the service of customer well-being. Opening to the general public in early 2024.

Hyde London City, at 15 Old Bailey, marks the brand’s UK debut. The seven-storey, 111-room hotel pays homage to the location’s prestigious past while creating intimate, unexpected spaces.
