Prestige Auto Beaune, the first French show combining luxury car sales and Haute Horlogerie, starts today and runs until July 3rd.
The show is located in the famous wine region of Bourgogne, which today is not honoring its beloved wine heritage… but cars. For the occasion, this event will take place in the Palais des Congrès of the city of Beaune.

Dedicated to exceptional automobiles, the first edition of the show will host 12 luxury car brands, including McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, and Ferrari, among others. A total of 80 rare and exceptional cars will be auctioned this weekend.
“This is probably the first time in France that we have brought together such a group. […] In France and in Europe, there are very few shows like the one we are setting up. Bringing together so many brands of prestigious sports cars is very difficult”, says Serge Bierry, CEO of Prestige Events BFC, the organizer of this event.
Not only cars, but two fighter planes from the impressive collection of the Château de Savigny-lès-Beaune will also be auctioned: a 1951 Fiat of the Portuguese army and a 1952 Republic, an American plane of the Belgian army. Several exhibitions-sales of Hypercars, Supercars, GT, Youngtimers as well as Vintage cars will also be present at the show.
Exceptional watchmaking also in the spotlight
Although the show is mainly dedicated to cars, it has not closed its doors to the other prestige of the region. Prestige Auto Beaune underlines its singularity by inviting Haute-Horlogerie. The Franche-Comté region, recognized as the traditional land and capital of French watchmaking, alone represents 80% of the French industry.
Some twenty watchmaking companies will be present at the auction, including two jewels of the Franche-Comté region: Pequignet, the embodiment of French watchmaking luxury, and Utinam.
