Stella McCartney: Tom Mendenhall is the new CEO

This experienced fashion and luxury executive, who has worked for Gucci, Tom Ford, and Ralph Lauren, replaces Amandine Ohayon, who arrived less than two years ago to head Stella McCartney. However, at another luxury brand, jeweler Audemars Piguet, rumors of the departure of Ilaria Resta, who has been CEO for just two years, have been denied.

 

Times are tough for luxury houses and their leaders alike.

 

But while the rumor of the departure of Ilaria Resta, CEO of Audemars Piguet, who arrived less than two years ago at the helm of the jeweler, has just been denied by the latter, the replacement of the CEO of Stella McCartney has just been confirmed.

Having also taken the reins just two years ago, Amandine Ohayon is stepping down to make way for Tom Mendenhall.
