St. Regis Hotels & Resorts presents a new branch of its brand reserved for a handful of the world’s most prestigious properties : St. Regis Estates.
With the launch of St. Regis Estates, the hotel company is inaugurating an ultra-exclusive collection of exceptional estates chosen for their remarkable history, starting in 2027 with Pelican Hill in California.
The Astor legacy reinterpreted
St. Regis Estates draws directly on the history of the Astor family, founders of the St. Regis Hotels & Resorts brand. Like their iconic urban residences, the Astors also cultivated vast country estates. It is this rural spirit that St. Regis now intends to continue. Each Estate is designed as a residence in its own right, where the architecture is part of the local culture.
The selection of St. Regis Estates properties is based on specific criteria : each estate is chosen for its historical significance and remarkable natural environment, before being sensitively reinterpreted through the prism of the brand. The aim is to respect the heritage of the brand’s founders and long-standing managers while bringing a touch of modernity.
