Open since June 8, the Monsieur Dior pop-up restaurant has quickly become the place to be this summer in Saint-Tropez. A bucolic tribute to gardens and the Mediterranean.
Following in the footsteps of the Louis Vuitton restaurant, it is now Dior’s turn to open its venue in Saint-Tropez. Nestled in the heart of a sprawling Mediterranean garden, the Dior boutique in Saint-Tropez has held a special place in the House’s summer lineup for several years. Each season, it showcases exclusive collections alongside a display inspired by the Provençal art of living so dear to Christian Dior.
A gourmet invitation by Mauro Colagreco
The menu is crafted by the Italian-Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco, a three-Michelin-starred chef and UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity. His commitment to circular cuisine—respectful of natural cycles and mindful of environmental issues—finds its ideal setting here: a light-drenched Saint-Tropez garden, planted with palm trees and fragrant with flowers.
