Missoni remains under Italian ownership

 

Founder of the famous zigzag pattern brand in 1953, the Missoni family has just sold its shares, representing 58.8% of the capital, while the Fondo Strategico Italiano (FSI) has increased its stake from 41% to around 75%. This increase in power allows Missoni to remain under Italian ownership, while some feared it would come under American control.
