How Chanel Takes Care of Its Male Ambassadors

Last April, within a few days of each other, Chanel decided to refresh its roster of brand ambassadors. Pedro Pascal, a Chilean-American actor who shot to global fame after his role in “Game of Thrones,” and Jacob Elordi, an Australian actor who recently starred in “Wuthering Heights,” have been tasked with helping the public forget Timothée Chalamet’s disparaging remarks about ballet.

To give a new masculine image to its House and its iconic fragrance Bleu de Chanel, in the wake of “Chalamet Gate,” the House on Rue Cambon has chosen two Hollywood actors.
