Dolce & Gabbana enters the real estate business

After the metaverse and perfumes, Dolce & Gabbana is putting a foot in the real estate sector, with three residential and hotel projects, in Europe, Asia and the United States.


Decidedly, the Italian label, led by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana is renewing itself day by day. After an insertion in the world of perfumery, a jump in the metaverse and collections of NFTs, it decided to attack this coveted and huge market that is real estate.


And as an introduction, it’s hard to beat that. The brand is planning three major projects on three different continents. The first are two residential projects in Miami, USA and Marbella, Spain. And the third is a hotel in the Maldives, in the center of the Indian Ocean. Destinations, festive and warm, that make you dream.


The Italian brand said it will collaborate with JDS Development in Miami and Sierra Blanca Estates in Marbella. Dar Global will be its partner for the paradise islands of the Maldives.
