Danilo Gallinari becomes ambassador for luxury sportswear brand Paul & Shark

Paul & Shark, the Italian luxury sportswear brand, has found a new ambassador in the person of Danilo Gallinari, a top level basketball player.

 

The Italian brand Paul & Shark is pleased to announce its partnership with Italian professional basketball player Danilo Gallinari of the Atlanta Hawks, who perfectly embodies the spirit and style of the brand.

 

Paul & Shark, an Italian sportswear brand founded in 1957, has made quality and durability its watchwords. Since 1970, the brand has turned to the world of yachting with collections that combine performance and elegance.

 

“Paul & Shark is delighted to welcome such a talented and like-minded athlete as our new global ambassador. From his philanthropic efforts in Italy and abroad to his support of environmental causes, Danilo is a true role model on and off the field. He joins Italian national football team coach Roberto Mancini and Formula 1 driver Antonio Giovinazzi as an official brand ambassador.

 

A professional basketball player for 13 years, the partnership comes after one of Danilo’s best seasons, leading the Atlanta Hawks to the East Division Finals.

 

“Paul & Shark and I have so much in common; an Italian company from Lombardy that has established itself around the world, I myself was born in Lombardy and I’ve been playing in the US at the highest level since I was just 20 years old. Representing Italy abroad has always been an extraordinary source of pride and responsibility. Paul & Shark is also a family business, which is very important to me, as my family is an integral part of my life at every stage,” said the player.

I’ve always been very committed to this, but now that I’ve become a father, it’s unthinkable for me not to do everything possible to leave a liveable world for future generations.
