Champagne Barons de Rothschild bubbles up its Bar this summer in Paris’ golden triangle

Throughout the summer, Barons de Rothschild Champagne can be enjoyed in its ephemeral bar perched on the sixth floor of 29, avenue George V, within the 39V restaurant. With extended opening hours during the Olympic Games…

 

Champagne tasting (in moderation…) is not yet one of the Olympic disciplines. This summer, however, it will be on the agenda for lovers of this luxurious festive beverage.

 

The House of Barons de Rothschild has thought of them by opening a champagne bar all summer long – and with extended opening hours throughout the Olympic fortnight – right in the heart of the Parisian capital, in the private tree-lined courtyard of the 39V restaurant.

 

Sixth floor

 

 

Located on the sixth floor of a Haussmann-style building at 39 avenue George V (but with an entrance at 17 rue Quentin Bauchart), with its own terrace, this is usually the place to enjoy not only the peace and quiet, but also the refined, “audacious” cuisine of chef Frédéric Vardon…
