Alexandre Vauthier is looking for a buyer

The Parisian fashion house founded by the eponymous designer filed for bankruptcy on February 13. Its presence at the current Paris Fashion Week was cancelled.

The Alexandre Vauthier fashion house is no longer on the calendar for Paris Fashion Week, which began on February 26.

The Couture House has been in receivership since February 13. The Paris Commercial Court has granted it a six-month observation period until August 13. However, before this deadline, potential takeover candidates have until March 8 to submit an offer. Maître Hélène Bourbouloux, head of the Paris law firm FHB, is overseeing the procedure in her capacity as receiver.
