Four years after his election victory, Bruno Pavlosky was reappointed this Friday as head of the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion (FHCM) for another four years. Pascal Morand remains the institution’s executive president.
A new term for Bruno Pavlosky. At a General Assembly of the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion (FHCM) held this Friday, the head of Chanel was reelected president of the French institution that oversees the Paris Fashion Week schedule.
The executive will thus serve another four-year term. He had previously been elected to this position in 2022, succeeding Ralph Toledano. At the same time, a new board of directors was appointed, confirming Pascal Morand in his role as executive president.
Bruno Pavlosky will be supported by a team comprising some of the leading figures in the fashion and luxury industries, such as Cédric Charbit, CEO of Saint Laurent; Elsa Lanzo, CEO of Rick Owens; Guillaume de Seynes, CEO of Hermès; and Sidney Toledano, CEO of Givenchy. Meanwhile, Myriam Serrano, head of Maison Alaïa, is joining the Executive Committee, while Anouck Duranteau-Loeper, formerly at the helm of Isabel Marant, is stepping down.
A total of 19 executives
The Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion (FHCM) also has a Board of Directors, which includes members of the Executive Committee. It is also composed of the following business leaders: Delphine Arnault, head of Christian Dior Couture, Pietro Beccari of Louis Vuitton, Delphine Bellini, CEO of Schiaparelli, Étienne Bourgois, managing director of Agnès b., and Gianfranco Gianangeli, head of Balenciaga.
Also included are Catherine Jacquet, appointed last May to lead Isabel Marant; Axel Keller, president of Dries van Noten; Pierre Mahéo of Officine Générale; Laurent Malecaze of Chloé; and Séverine Merle, CEO of Celine.
Meanwhile, Sarah Benady of Jacquemus and Gaetano Sciuto of Maison Margiela are joining the committee, while Laetitia Mergui of Lemaire and Stefano Rosso, who has become president of the Aura Blockchain Consortium, are stepping down from their roles at the FHCM. In total, 19 executives from the biggest names in fashion have been appointed to the governing body of this creative institution.
