When luxury excellence meets leadership demands. Sup de Luxe launches the Global Executive in Luxury Leadership, an executive program designed for decision-makers who wish to reach the highest levels of responsibility in the luxury sector.
The pioneering institute in luxury management and marketing is launching the first Global Executive MBA in Luxury Leadership, designed to train French and international senior executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals retraining for strategic management positions across all sectors of the luxury industry.
“Our ambition is to train leaders who are capable of innovating, anticipating changes in the sector, and adopting an agile entrepreneurial approach. At the end of this program, participants will take on high-level managerial responsibilities related to digital, sustainability, and CSR issues, with a mastery of new consumer expectations,” explains Marta Marcheva, Executive Director of Sup de Luxe.
Leadership: the new language of luxury
Founded in 1990 by Alain-Dominique Perrin and Michel Guten, then President and CEO of Cartier (Richemont group), respectively, Sup de Luxe stands out as a pioneering institute, having established luxury marketing and management as disciplines in their own right. For 35 years, it has offered exceptional education, shaped and delivered by and for luxury professionals.
This Global Executive MBA, taught entirely in English, is a fifteen-month part-time program with four days of classes per month (Wednesday through Saturday). It combines 60 ECTS credits and a pace designed for working professionals. The first class will begin on April 22, 2026.
The program is eligible for the Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) for French candidates and is aimed at those with a higher education degree (minimum four years of higher education), at least five years of professional experience, and a B2 level of English.
An executive format designed for busy decision-makers
The MBA aims to develop advanced leadership and strategic management skills, enabling participants to:
- Lead international teams and projects in complex and changing environments.
- Design and deploy marketing and sales strategies tailored to luxury brands.
- Integrate digital, CSR, and circular economy issues into business strategy and management.
- Develop an entrepreneurial and visionary mindset, capable of anticipating changes in the sector.
The program is structured around four strategic modules:
- International trade and geopolitics, global value chains, and legal frameworks.
- Customer experience and operational excellence, omnichannel and luxury merchandising.
- Marketing, brand image and trends, partnerships and co-branding, cultural intelligence.
- Leadership and transformation, CSR, circular economy, and supporting teams through change.
When knowledge transfer and strategy come together
In addition to these modules, there are sector-specific workshops, exclusive visits, professional events, conferences, and an individual Capstone project, supervised by a mentor, which can take the form of a professional thesis, a real-life strategic case study, or an intra/entrepreneurial project. Participants will also benefit from an executive seminar, in France or abroad, to enrich their field experience. This immersive 360° teaching approach also enables participants to build or strengthen their professional network and promotes their personal development within the luxury ecosystem as a whole.
Participants benefit from personal and professional development workshops with individual coaching sessions and can access executive and strategic management positions in brand management, international development, digital transformation, innovation, consulting, or entrepreneurship in the luxury sector.
