Monsieur Dior Restaurant: Yannick Alléno replaces Jean Imbert

The world’s most Michelin-starred chef has just taken over the reins of the restaurant that opened in 2022 in Christian Dior’s flagship store, located at 30 Avenue Montaigne in the fashion house’s historic mansion.

 

The timing couldn’t be better…

 

While Jean Imbert, the media-savvy chef who went from being a rising star to a suspect in a domestic violence case, had to step back from his collaborations, his contract with the Monsieur Dior restaurant was coming to an end, according to Le Figaro.

And conveniently, the flagship house of the LVMH group has just announced the appointment of Yannick Alléno, the world’s most Michelin-starred chef, with 17 Michelin stars in 18 restaurants, to the establishment’s kitchen, effective September 16.
