With Google, Kering Eyewear is now turning its attention to connected eyewear

Kering Eyewear, the optical subsidiary of the Kering group, announced on Wednesday, May 21, that it has entered into a partnership with Google to develop connected glasses. This segment is currently dominated by Essilorluxottica and its Ray-Ban Meta.

 

Kering Eyewear, the eyewear division of the Kering Group, responsible for designing, developing, and distributing eyewear for 14 brands including Gucci, Cartier, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, and Chloé, has chosen to team up with American giant Google.
