After explaining the diversity of French leather and presenting its finished products, Marc Brunel, Managing Director of the professional confederation dedicated to the French leather industry, introduces us to the main players in the sector.
It should be noted that for the 13th edition of MIF Expo, held from November 6 to 9 in Paris, Alliance France Cuir welcomed the creations of some twenty brands and workshops to its “Made in Cuir” space, showcasing the regional and creative diversity of French leather. During our guided tour with Marc Brunel, we met Jean-Pierre Verneau, president of the Fédération de la cordonnerie multiservices (Multiservice Shoemaking Federation), and shoemaker Brigitte Duquesne.
