On 7, 8 and 9 October, The Vendôm company will be organising the first international digital recruitment fair for the luxury industry, in partnership with Luxus Plus. The event is sponsored by Audemars Piguet, official sponsor of Excellence By Vendôm.
This “Excellence by Vendôm” event has been created so that students, recruiters, schools, candidates and partners, all specialised in the luxury sector, can meet, exchange and even start a collaboration in the future.
This international recruitment fair for luxury professions will be beneficial for everyone: students who will be able to meet and exchange with professionals in the sector and also apply for jobs with prestigious companies. Recruiters will have the opportunity to present their brands and their values, the environment in which they work and to meet potential future employees.
The schools will promote their programmes, courses and opportunities, in order to open the doors to students wishing to enter this sector. Candidates, thanks to this exhibition, will be able to apply to companies in the luxury sector, highlighting their assets and motivations. And finally, the partners, who will present, explain and discuss their professions, their companies and their missions.
The “Excellence by Vendôm” trade show will focus on four major themes: recruitment in the luxury sector with the aim of preparing for the end of the crisis, luxury ambassadors, who will present and introduce their brand and its world, luxury networks to bring in new contacts and create more links between recruiters and candidates and finally, virtuous luxury in order to reflect on and innovate on the issues of tomorrow.
In addition, the event organised by Vendôm will offer two days of conferences focusing on five major themes, giving the floor to experts, renowned guests and major leaders in the sector, including Claire Domergue (founder and director of publication at Luxus Plus), François-Henry Bennahmias (CEO of Audemars Piguet), Julien Tornare (CEO of Zenith), Hélène Darroze (three-starred chef), David Sinapian (President of the Grandes Tables du Monde) and many more.
These two days of conferences will focus on exchanges and debates around the following five themes: high gastronomy, luxury and its values, emotional intelligence, corporate culture and the ethics and social responsibility of luxury.
