The giant global fashion and luxury communications group founded in 2017 continues its acquisition spree with the acquisition of Atelier Athem, a French company founded on a novel business model combining advertising and culture.
The Independents, which bills itself as “the leading international communications group for luxury, fashion and lifestyle brands“, is further expanding its services by absorbing Atelier Athem. The transaction would have cost several tens of millions of euros.

With its team of some forty employees, the French company creates unique and spectacular events for brands, in the form of ephemeral or permanent scenography (lighting or decorations for facades or streets, interactive content, sound experiences…).
