The Armani group could be sold to LVMH, L’Oréal, or Essilor-Luxottica

In his will, Giorgio Armani, who died on September 4, expressed his wish that within five years, 15% and then up to 54.9% of the capital of his mega luxury empire be transferred, primarily to one of the three major leaders in the sector, namely LVMH, L’Oréal, and Essilor-Luxottica, or failing that, to a partner group of equivalent caliber. Otherwise, an initial public offering would be considered.
