The Moët & Chandon champagne house has announced the launch of its “Natura Nostra” programme, in favour of biodiversity. By 2027, the leading champagne producer aims to create 100 km of ecological corridors.

The “Natura Nostra” programme aims to protect local fauna and flora, with “the creation of 100 km of ecological corridors and the deployment of strong initiatives in favour of living soil”, explains Berta de Pablos-Barbier, president of Moët & Chandon in a press release.

For the first year of this five-year programme, Moët & Chandon will start with the creation of 10 km of ecological corridors, to reach 100 km of corridors by 2027.
