Maison et Objet returns with “New Luxuries” theme

Initially scheduled for the beginning of the year but postponed due to health restrictions, the Maison et Objet fair will return to the forefront from 24 to 28 March 2022.
Maison et Objet will return to the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte from 24 to 28 March 2022. During four days, the trade fair for decoration, design and lifestyle professionals will bring together around 3,000 brands, including 600 new labels. According to the event’s organisers, 64% of the exhibitors are international. Last September, despite the continuing uncertainties and travel restrictions, the show welcomed 48,641 unique visitors, with 34,981 French visitors and 13,660 international visitors, with 122 countries represented.
This year’s theme is “New luxuries” and the new edition will be divided into 14 sectors, including Smart Gifts, dedicated to gifts and the art of giving, Cook and Share, which will focus on cooking and the art of entertaining, “What’s new” on emerging designers, and Signature for decoration and design, among others. The edition will also host a programme of 23 conferences on current themes such as “The sea, garbage or resource for our future” or “New lifestyles, new needs“.
At the same time, “Maison et objet in the City” will be a brand new B to B meeting in Paris, designed for professionals, and which will bring together 65 addresses that make up the Parisian ecosystem of excellence in decoration : decorators, interior architects, galleries, major houses and exceptional craftsmen.
