Belmond, the British luxury hotel chain, announced on Monday the name of its new CEO, Dan Ruff. He will take up his post on July 1.

The LVMH Group subsidiary has announced that Dan Ruff, COO since 2018, will become Belmond’s new CEO as of July 1.

He succeeds Roeland Vos, who has been at the helm of the company for eight years and will remain Chairman of the Board. The latter will accompany Belmond on specific projects.

I’m delighted to be handing over the reins to Dan. I’ve known him for a very long time. He will ensure continuity in Belmond’s journey towards excellence while pushing the boundaries. I am convinced that he will succeed in taking the team and the brand to the next level,” said Roeland Vos.
