Located between the Opéra and Place Vendôme, the new mansion acquired by the world’s number one luxury brand could house a luxury jewelry hotel and private salons for Louis Vuitton.
Next to Bernard Arnault, CEO of Lvmh, Cadet Roussel and its three houses are like a real estate dwarf!
After two major acquisitions on the Champs Elysées (101 and 150 in June and December 2023) and 25 rue Jean Goujon (eighth arrondissement), according to specialist media CFNEWS Immo, the French luxury giant has just acquired a new prestigious asset. According to rumors, the group has paid 30,000 euros per square meter to acquire the Hôtel Soltykoff, located at 10 rue Volney, in the 2nd arrondissement, representing a value of 55 million euros for this 1,800 m2 property.
Admittedly, this mid-19th century mansion, a blend of French and Venetian architecture, is one-tenth the size of the aforementioned buildings on the Champs Elysées. And although Lvmh has not confirmed its purchase, it would nonetheless be of major strategic interest.
Haute joaillerie Louis Vuitton
In the heart of the world’s most important high-end jewelry district, between the Opéra and Place Vendôme, it would be the ideal setting for a future haute joaillerie atelier for Louis Vuitton, complete with private salons.
