A multi-faceted businesswoman
Raised in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, Zufi Alexander is an internationally recognized fashion and accessories designer. This Dubai-born entrepreneur has distinguished herself by managing her own luxury leather goods house, overseeing both art direction and content creation.
In May 2004, she unveiled her first collection at Paris Fashion Week. Passionate about fashion and design since the age of 10, she received encouragement from her manager at Christie’s to launch her own business. She presented her first bags at the Tranoï Salon, whose success enabled her to rapidly expand the distribution of her brand.
The turning point in her career as a fashion designer came when the Financial Times recognized her as a rising star. This opened the door to prestigious collaborations, notably with Louis Vuitton for the creation of a series of limited-edition bags in Tokyo.
A finalist at the Walpole Awards for Excellence in 2006 in the British Emerging Luxury House category, she continued her ascent by joining Pascal Morabito, then launching her own jewelry collection with Erickson Beamon and a range of shoes with Giuseppe Zanotti.
