While luxury brands have always been seen as symbols of refinement and elegance, their charitable actions during the festive season reveal a completely different facet of the sector: that of philanthropy and solidarity. How do some of the world’s leading luxury brands celebrate Christmas with generosity ?

 

The festive season is a time for sharing and conviviality, but also a time of commitment for luxury brands, who choose to put their prestige at the service of social and humanitarian causes.

 

As a gesture of goodwill during this festive season, many brands chose to take part in the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque’s “Grande Vente de Noël solidaire”, held at the Paris Event Center on December 14. Dozens of brands presented products at particularly attractive prices, including Ladurée, Louis Fouquet and Fursac. All proceeds went to fund operations for children suffering from heart disease.
