Law : Discover the training course on the legal aspects of fashion, design and luxury


Are you a law professional? Don’t miss the 2nd edition of the legal conference on fashion, luxury and design on Thursday March 10, 2022 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris.
The 2nd edition of the legal conference on fashion, luxury and design by Lexposia Event will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel on March 10, in the presence of numerous speakers from the sector. This study day is aimed at legal professionals in the fashion, luxury and design sectors: lawyers, company directors, legal affairs directors and employees of legal departments in the fashion industry or legal advisors. Coming from very different sectors and professions, the different speakers show us the backstage of luxury, where the law is a precious tool to protect creation.
The program includes conferences and round tables on topics such as “Updating your knowledge of case law“, “Understanding the challenges of the new framework applicable to selective distribution“, “Analyzing the challenges of counterfeiting on social networks and platforms and knowing the content of the anti-counterfeiting bill“, among other topics also addressed.
Among the speakers, we will find Emmanuelle Hoffman, associate lawyer of Hoffman and scientific director of the event, who will open the day and speak about counterfeiting, Yann Basire, general director of the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies of the University of Strasbourg, Bénédicte Roumy-Bullier, Legal Director Creation & Communication at Chanel and many others.
