The current President of the Comité Colbert, and former executive at Hennessy Cognacs, has partnered with entrepreneur Bastien Brunis to acquire the assets and management of Metafore, a startup specializing in the rental of prestigious venues and services for corporate events.
His extensive network, built through his career in the luxury sector and his tenure as Chairman of the Comité Colbert—which ends in late May—will be invaluable in his new career.
According to the media outlet Fashion Network, Laurent Boillot, former executive at Hennessy Cognacs (LVMH), has just partnered with entrepreneur Bastien Bruni, President of Medef for Eastern Paris, to take over the brand, assets, and management of Metafore.
Following this transaction, which reportedly cost around 2 million euros, Bastien Bruni has become president of the company specializing in the rental of prestigious venues and services for high-end corporate events, while Laurent Boillot holds a non-executive position and sits on the board of directors.

Romain Magri, who had co-founded Metafore in 2020 with Maxime Besson-Vivenzi—a former WeWork colleague like himself (an American concept for providing coworking spaces and services from which they drew inspiration)—had since taken the reins on his own.
