Jumeirah Hotel and Resorts has noted an increase in bookings from visitors from Qatar. With this in mind, the Emirati luxury hotel chain is focusing its efforts on renovating its facilities and developing new experiences to appeal to this specific target in 2024.
Between 2022 and 2023, the Jumeirah Hotel and Resorts Group has noted a 23% increase in the number of overnight stays booked by customers from Qatar.
Alexander Lee, Commercial Director of the Jumeirah Group, confirms the importance of this growth market for the company.
For him, it’s the hotel group’s ability to “connect people and cultures to create unique experiences and meet specific needs” that explains such success with Qatari customers.
He says, “Qatar remains a priority for Jumeirah, with growth opportunities in line with our own vision of expansion and evolution.”
