Jacob & Co inaugurates its largest flagship in Saudi Arabia

The House of Fine Jewelry and Watches has inaugurated its largest store in Riyadh with the local group Salujain. The group’s global network, accelerating its expansion in 2023, will flirt with 100 points of sale by the end of 2023.

Jacob & Co could not miss its new goal in Saudi Arabia…

Founder and President of the New York-based Jacob & Co. House of Fine Watchmaking and Jewelry, Jacob Arabo, called on his friend, soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, to inaugurate his new boutique in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on May 3rd.

By opening its largest unit in the world, in partnership with the local Salujain group, Jacob & Co has taken its first major step in this major market. It had been working for a long time to “establish itself correctly, with the right partner, in a sufficiently large and spacious store.”

Shine with a thousand lights

The new boutique has everything it takes to shine: in addition to its surface area (220 m2!), it is located on Olaya Street, the main and most prestigious thoroughfare in Riyadh, on the edge of the Akaria Plaza. It benefits from maximum visibility with direct exposure to the street. It is impossible not to be impressed by its rounded window displaying the House’s signature star pattern over 12 meters…

“Saudis are very demanding when it comes to luxury and quality and by opening the doors of our first store in Riyadh, we are ready to go beyond all expectations,” said Jacob Arabo. “Salujain’s experience in fine jewelry and watches and its unique position in the country’s high society are valuable in spreading our message: “Inspired by the Impossible.”

A leading agent in Saudi Arabia

The choice of its partner meets this requirement: “Since 1993, Salujain has been the main agent in Saudi Arabia for luxury jewelry and watches”, pieces of timeless beauty, great innovation, and artistic know-how. We are both agents and collectors of the brands we represent. We have the technical knowledge, skills, and experience to bring Jacob & Co. creations to the region,” explains Nour Beydoun, CEO of Salujain, which “has a deep and historical presence in the most select circles of Riyadh’s high society. For the CEO of Salujain, this first store in Riyadh is “the first step in developing the presence of Jacob & Co in Saudi Arabia.”

This opening is part of an ambitious international expansion plan as Jacob & Co continues establishing itself in new markets and forming partnerships with major distributors on all continents.

In 2023, after the opening of units in Istanbul, Dubai, and Riyadh, Jacob & Co plans to open others in Mumbai, Hanoi, Casablanca, Cairo, Amman, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Its total number of points of sale (boutiques and corners) worldwide will then be close to one hundred!

United States, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Singapore, London (with two sites), Tokyo, Mumbai, New Delhi, the Caribbean… Jacob & Co’s aura is still spreading.
