Interparfums turned in a fine performance in the third quarter. The French fragrance group, based in New York, posted record sales with double-digit growth, particularly in its main market, the United States.
Interparfums achieved 31% growth to $368 million in the third quarter ended September 30.
The luxury fragrance licensee enjoyed strong momentum in all its markets, whether American, European or Asian, despite not having launched any major products during the period.
Sales rose by 19% to 610.7 million euros in the first nine months of the year.
The Group’s momentum is underpinned by its Jimmy Choo licenses, whose sales rose by +24% on a comparable basis to 159 million euros in the first 9 months of the year, and by Montblanc (+19% to 162.1 million euros).
Only Lanvin, which has been struggling since last year, continues to disappoint.
