To kick off Paris Haute Couture Week for Autumn-Winter 2024-2025, Schiaparelli artistic director Daniel Roseberry proposed a highly successful runway show, dubbed “The Phoenix”, inspired by the House’s designer and famous ballerina Anna Pavlova.
With Schiaparelli, the opening of Paris Haute Couture Week was guaranteed to create a buzz.
With a spectacle both on the catwalk and in the guest parterre, the famous Maison’s latest opus for the Autumn/Winter 2024-2025 Season caused quite a stir.
The talented Daniel Roseberry, who has held the famous Maison’s thimbles since 2019, once again dazzled, on Monday June 24, with his fashion show held in the cellar of the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild, in Paris’s 8th arrondissement.
In his statement of intent, the designer said he wanted to deliver “what makes Haute Couture special“, namely “the expression” of his “vision of today’s Maison, a vision liberated from marketing and merchandising”.

With this collection, dubbed “Le Phoenix”, he also wanted to “honor Elsa” Schiaparelli’s “singular gift for rebirth“, a “magical creature whose power lay in her ability to constantly reinvent not only herself, but fashion too”.
