Gastronomy : Launch of the “French Kitchen Festival” operation to help French restaurateurs

This year, the start of the new school year will be more than ever under the colours of French gastronomy #withnoschefs. The French Kitchen Festival, on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 September 2020, aims to promote exceptional French know-how and help restaurateurs hit by the economic and health crisis.
For this occasion, many French and Monegasque gastronomic restaurants will be brought together on a table reservation platform. The aim? To enable chefs and restaurateurs to be helped in this difficult economic crisis period, while at the same time allowing the general public to discover the best of French cuisine.
Indeed, thanks to pre-payment, establishments will be able to bring in cash. Customers will get special treatment and a discount of at least 20%.
An indispensable condition to take part in the Festival: to be listed in the Gault & Millau Guide and/or the Michelin Guide.
The meeting of gastronomic and digital expertise
At the initiative of this project, the founder of the Bureau d’Etude Gastronomique Sébastien Ripari and the co-creators of the Prebook application that centralizes the management of reservations, Jordan Bonnet and Rémi Chabanas.
As a recognised expert and gastronomic consultant for the last 25 years for the biggest “Food & Beverage” players in the French and international economy, Sébastien Ripari has well-tried with the great professionals of French gastronomy.
As a journalist, critic and lecturer, he also regularly speaks at professional schools where he leads Masters Classes. Sébastien Ripari is a major player in the field of gastronomy with an expertise of international renown.
For the occasion, he works in synergy with the founders of the Prebook mobile application with complementary profiles: Jordan Bonnet in charge of the technical part and development of the application, and Rémi Chabanas in charge of the business and development part.
To reserve a table with one of the partner restaurants or to join the operation as a partner, simply register now on the French Kitchen Festival website.
A solidarity operation to everyone’s taste in these troubled times for gastronomy professionals.
