He will discuss his contribution to Estée Lauder’s research and communication, which will support the scientist’s foundation dedicated to fighting the global epidemic of sleep loss.

The American skincare, make-up and perfume brand has just teamed up with a leading sleep scientist, Dr. Matthew Walker, whom it has appointed as its “world’s leading sleep science advisor”. And Estée Lauder, present in 150 countries, has chosen an ideal launch pad to publicize its original initiative: March 15th will be the 25th International Sleep Awareness Day.
A “star” of sleep
Professor of neuroscience at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Matthew is a celebrity in his field. A specialist in research into the impact of sleep on human health and disease, he is recognized by the scientific community: the recipient of numerous grants from the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health, in 2020 he received the Carl Sagan Award for his scientific achievements.
