Damac Properties to begin delivery of its luxury towers in London soon

Damac Properties is about to deliver its flagship project in Europe, the Damac Towers Nine Elms, luxury twin towers in the heart of London.

Dubai-based developer Damac Properties will soon deliver its flagship twin towers project in London. The building features no less than 50 floors with stunning Versace interiors.

Nine Elms is Damac Properties’ inaugural project in Europe and the first collaboration between Versace and a new London residential property. Located on London’s South Bank in Nine Elms, this state-of-the-art tower features a unique and balanced architectural composition, carefully designed to create stunning views from throughout the building.

The property comprises studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as penthouse apartments. It has some 8,010 square meters of communal gardens and four levels of office space in the south tower.

The interiors designed by Versace teams add an extra touch of luxury to the project and follow previous collaborations between Versace and Damac Properties for the Damac Towers in Beirut and Jeddah.

Damac said its customer experience team is working tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition and transfer for owners. In addition, a virtual home viewing option has been offered to potential customers who cannot be physically present, in keeping with the company’s approach to integrating digital solutions.

Niall McLoughlin, Damac’s senior vice president, enthuses, “We are delighted to have completed our first project in Europe. DTNE is very special to us, and we are more than pleased with the end result, which blends beautifully with our chic exteriors and fashionable Versace Home interiors.” He adds, “Our client relationship management team is on the ground to ensure a smooth transition and that everything is in perfect condition and the necessary accesses are working before clients enter their homes for their walk-through appointments.

The company’s growing success in recent years, and more recently driven by Dubai’s strong economic performance and forecast, has prompted it to explore various opportunities for development and growth in new markets.
