The iconic luxury real estate complex, located in Dallas’s chic and attractive Uptown neighborhood, will benefit from a $596 million refinancing arranged by JLL’s Capital Markets group.
The Crescent is getting a breath of fresh air to continue to shine in Dallas.
On February 12, JLL’s Capital Markets group announced in a press release that it had arranged a $596 million refinancing for the office towers and atrium building of this iconic real estate complex in the Texas city, which was immortalized in the well-known television series that ran from the late 1970s to the early 1990s.
The chic Uptown neighborhood
Occupying a total area of 1.3 million square feet (approximately 120,000 m²), nicknamed the Wall Street of Dallas, The Crescent is located at 100, 200, 300, and 500 Crescent Court, in the very chic and sought-after Uptown neighborhood.
